As always, our residents, prospective residents and associates continue to be our top priority.
We’re still here to help you find a home – virtually
While we aren’t able to conduct in-person tours, we will be offering options for virtual and video tours. Simply contact the community you’re interested in to set up a tour. We also invite you to take advantage of our 3D floor plan tours, online photo galleries, online applications and online leasing. We’re here for you to find what you need – a place to call home.
If you are a current resident with an approaching move-out date and you’d prefer to stay where you are for the time being, we’re here to help. Please give your leasing office a call to see what options there are.
Closures in the amenity areas and leasing office
At this time, we believe it’s in the best interest of all to close all amenity areas except for the mail/package and laundry rooms. We will also be closing the leasing office. We have increased our cleaning procedures, particularly on doors, handles, elevator buttons, and faucets, in all common areas that will continue to be utilized. We are also placing sanitation stations in common areas.
Resident events are cancelled
For the time being, we will be cancelling all resident events, but look forward to the time when we’ll be able to once again host events to connect our community! You can stay active with your neighbors by visiting our Facebook pages.
Only Emergency Service requests will be performed
Until further notice, we will be limiting our service team to addressing emergency requests only. This is for the health and safety of our residents along with our service team. They will also check with you to ensure that no residents in the apartment are currently ill, self-quarantined or has traveled outside the country in the last 14 days.
Let us know about self-quarantine situations
If for any reason you have chosen to self-quarantine or are diagnosed positive for COVID-19, please notify the leasing office immediately so that we can make sure we are able to assist you with emergency services while also taking appropriate measures at the community.
Actively practice the basics of COVID-19 defense and be considerate of your neighbors
While no actions can completely eliminate the possibility of illness, please know that practicing the basics put into place by the CDC will greatly improve the chances of warding off illness. Practice social distancing by placing at least 6 feet of space between you and others. Wash hands for at least 20 seconds, avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth and cover your mouth or nose when you cough or sneeze. You can see more guidelines here. We are requiring our associates to strictly follow all procedures and ask that you play your part as well. Associates who are feeling sick have been asked to stay home.
Our onsite associates will continue to support you in any way that we can, and we appreciate your patience during this time.
